COMMENT   This file defines the sky coordinate boundaries of each of the 12

COMMENT   value of the region to which it belongs.  Weights for each of the
COMMENT   5 WMAP frequencies are determined separately for each region.  The
COMMENT   K,Ka,Q,V,W weights used for each region are:
