These IRAS/ISSA files contain HEALPix format map of the 12, 25, 60, and 100 micron intensity formed from the IRAS Sky Survey Atlas (ISSA) data. It was made by averaging the co-added (HCON 0) ISSA data over HEALPix pixels. Overlapping data between neighboring ISSA fields were excluded. All of the ISSA fields were used, including the Reject fields at low ecliptic latitudes where residuals after subtraction of the zodiacal emission model are significant. Minor discontinuities are present at field boundaries at some locations in the map, due to intensity differences between neighboring fields at low ecliptic or Galactic latitude. Sky coverage is about 98%, and intensity values are set to -32768 for HEALPix pixels that contain no ISSA data.
