The TB and EB power spectra are computed using a pseudo-C_l estimator for the region outside the P06 mask in P and outside the Kp2 mask in T. The combined foreground-cleaned Q and V band maps are used for P, and the combined foreground-cleaned V and W band maps are used for T. The P data are weighted by N^-1 for l<16, and by N_obs for l>16. The T data are flat weighted.

The data are provided as a table containing the following three columns:

• the multipole moment l
• the power spectrum in units of uK²
• the corresponding diagonal elements of the covariance matrix

The diagonal elements provide an estimate of the error, but should not be used as exact error bars. The complete Fisher matrix should be used for that purpose.
