Decorrelated band powers and uncertainties, as given in Table 2 of Kuo et al. (2002). The first column gives the band number for each band; the second column gives the band power in that band, <l(l+1)C_l/(2pi)> in uK^2; the third column gives the uncertainty in the band power estimate; the last column gives the x parameter, in uK^2, for the offset lognormal ansatz for the likelihood; see Bond, R., Jaffe, A.
