Description
Band powers and uncertainties based on the 5-arcmin data. The first column gives the mean l for each band; the second column gives the band power in that band, <l(l+1)C_l/(2pi)>_band in uK^2; the third column gives the uncertainty in the band power estimate, obtained from the diagonal elements of the inverse of the fisher matrix.
IMPORTANT NOTE: this file contains unorthogonalized band powers, unlike Table 2 of Hanany et al 2001. These are related by a simple linear transformation based on the fisher matrix (see below) as explained, for example, in Bond, R., Jaffe, A. H., and Knox, L., 1998, Phys. Rev. D 57, 2117.
