• Charles and HK argue that we need to tell NASA that development of low frequency detectors is important for PICO, perhaps starting at 10 or so GHz. Currently PICO starts at 21 GHz. SH is concerned that we have concrete quantitative evidence for the need of the frequencies with which we did simulations. We have no evidence for how important it is to go to 10 GHz. MR points out that focal plane area increases significantly and it may be costly. SH also concerned about the nature of the recommendation. We are hardly making bolometers for 20 GHz, and now we'll recommend for 10? Jacques says the recommendations can be prioritized. Jacques says we need detectors from 10 GHz to 2 THz. Action: (1) Shaul wants to discuss with bolometer makers. (2) (Post Telecon) Shaul asks that HK will circulate the arguments in some written form.

• Delensing:
  • Julien needs maps from Clem; no progress since last week. Action: Shaul will talk to Clem
• Commander:
  • More problems with Clem's simulations. The claim: the signal was not extended to nside=2048. Noise is fine, but not the signal.
  • Ragnhild worked with Unni's simulation. Results with r=0.003 for model 91 look fine. Need to complete model r=0 and Continuing to model 92.
