• In Brendan's to-do list:
  • Provide some rigor behind the oft-quoted “1 nK in the maps” benchmark for systematics performance
  • Fill in the systematics table
  • Write some words for the far sidelobe pickup section
  • Shrink Eric's section
• Status of toast/pico simulation runs at NERSC:
  • A memory bug is causing some trouble and is beyond Andrea's purview: it is in Ted's queue
  • Maurizio has started to make his own sims outside the toast framework: but only works for 2 detectors. In parallel, working on a simulation based on an old version of toast.
  • Andrea is back in the US.
  • We probably shouldn't rely on convergence of new software development
  • Close the loop with Andrea: can we use old version for systematics studies, so we are not stuck . Probably OK with only 2 detectors (TBC) the tricky part appears to the 4 detectors inside the same pixel.
  • But can we do 2 detectors one after the other?
