If you are interested in applying to us then as well as submitting an application to the University of Cambridge, you will need to complete and return our own internal Astrophysics Group admissions form.

The procedure to follow is quite straightforward:

• Download the form as either an ASCII text file or a Word document (see below).

• Complete the form, taking care to provide as much information as possible.

• Mail a paper copy of the completed form to us at:

  so as to arrive no later than Monday 23rd February 2004.
