although the user interface is strict in the sense that named keywords
must be matched exactly and unknown keywords are considered a fatal
error, values are also accepted in order if no keyword supplied.
This is a side effect of the NEMO user interface that was
used to build the top layer.

Useful for planets of course. Currently only the LST is
advanced, not the UT clock. This makes for an interesting floating
observatory on an otherwise fixed-in-space earth. A bit more thought
needs to go into this conversion, because with a little effort, this
checker can then also be used to schedule observations at other
observatories.

Although designed to work on any
SUN workstation

at Hat Creek we currently will not
allow you to run the checker on hat.berkeley.edu, please run
it on bima2. Although the risk is minimal,
running the checker in /tmp on hat could interfere
with running observe programs since the COMMON in
hat.berkeley.edu:/tmp/hatcomsol could be modified.
