Over the Rhone Valley
Below is just another bit of scenery. At the front is the 'Croix de Coeur'. The large grey mountain behind it is on the other side of the rhone valley. It's the back of the 'Glaicer des Diablerets'. Click on the photos to see a very large version of it.
On the map below I have indicated the line of sight of the above photo. To have an idea of scale, it takes half an hour to drive from Martigny to Verbier
