COMMENT Results of singular value decomposition of the N-inverse covariance     
COMMENT matrix for the year 5 Res 4 maps for the differencing assembly          
COMMENT indicated by the DA keyword.  The form of the decomposition             
COMMENT is N^{-1} = u * s * u^T.  The decomposition was done on N^{-1}          
COMMENT in Nobs units.  The results have been scaled to units of 1/mK**2        
COMMENT by dividing the original s values for this DA by 37.5468 mK**2.         
COMMENT The matrix u is an orthogonal 4NPIX x 4NPIX matrix, stored in the       
COMMENT primary data array.  The diagonal matrix of eigenvalues s, scaled to    
COMMENT 1/mK**2, is stored as a vector of length 4NPIX in the FITS extension.
