COMMENT This file contains the full l-by-l covariance matrix associated with
COMMENT the 9-year beam transfer function for the WMAP differencing assembly
COMMENT indicated by the DA keyword. In the notation of Appendix A2 of
COMMENT Hinshaw et al. 2007 (ApJ 170, 288), B_ll' = , where
COMMENT u_l = delta(b_l)/b_l is the fractional error in the beam transfer
COMMENT function b_l.
COMMENT This is a symmetric matrix whose rows and columns are implicitly
COMMENT indexed by ascending multipole moment; the range of l is 0 to l_max,
COMMENT where l_max corresponds to NAXIS1 - 1 and is DA dependent. Since b_l
COMMENT is normalized to 1.0 at l=1, B_ll' assumes a value of zero for
COMMENT entries with this multipole value.
