COMMENT T is the predicted measurement based on sky temperature pattern
COMMENT and couplings to systematic error model functions,
COMMENT and RMS_NOML is the nominal RMS.
COMMENT See the references, especially Janssen and Gulkis, for details.
COMMENT Analogously, S*S is SUM S**2/RMS_NOML**2 and B*M is the dot product

COMMENT
COMMENT The following vector defines the dipole which has been removed
COMMENT from this dataset ("sun velocity correction"). The purpose of
COMMENT this correction is to minimize the gradient over a pixel due
COMMENT to the dipole; this vector is neither a definitive DMR value
COMMENT for the dipole nor the best fit dipole derived from this dataset.
COMMENT To restore the dipole to the SIGNAL for each pixel add the dot
COMMENT product of this vector with the pointing for the pixel.
COMMENT The vector is in mK antenna temperature in Ecliptic coordinates.
DIP_MAG = 2.737677 / Magnitude in mK antenna
