COMMENT FITS (Flexible Image Transport System) format is defined in 'Astronomy  
COMMENT and Astrophysics', volume 376, page 359; bibcode 2001A&A...376..359H    
COMMENT This file contains a Fourier-domain filter transfer function for the    
COMMENT associated SPT-SZ temperature map for the 150 GHz frequency             
COMMENT band and the ra5h30dec-55 field observed during the 2008 season.  The   
COMMENT transfer function was estimated by simulating and filtering observations
COMMENT of a map with a 0.75 arcmin FWHM Gaussian kernel centered at the        
COMMENT location specified by the X_CEN/Y_CEN and RA_CEN/DEC_CEN keywords.      
COMMENT Pixel numbers assume a zero-indexed array.  The transfer function is for
COMMENT a subregion of the map covering approximately one-ninth of the map area.
COMMENT To avoid numerical artifacts, regions of the Fourier plane for which the
COMMENT Gaussian kernel amplitude was less than 1% were set to zero.  The       
COMMENT Fourier-domain grid in each dimension corresponds to 0, 2pi/(NT),       
COMMENT 2*2pi/(NT), ..., (N/2-1)*2pi/(NT), 2pi/(2T),-(N/2-1)*2pi/(NT), ...,     
COMMENT -2pi/(NT) where N is the number of elements and T is the sampling       
COMMENT interval in that dimension.
