These two files (in ASCII and FITS versions) contain the Archeops power spectrum for each of 16 bins. The table contains 6 columns: l_min, l_max, l(l+1)C_l/2pi in uK^2, error in uK^2, nu, and beta^2. Nu and beta are used to approximate the likelihood in the following way (Bartlett et al. 2000 A&AS 146 506):
Likelihood = X^nu/2 exp(-X/2)
with
X = nu * (spectrum+beta^2)/(Cl+beta^2)
